While there are various conventional treatment methods available for the relief of pain originating from the sciatic nerve, electric nerve block therapy may be considered another one.

For a patient who has yet to gain pain relief utilizing pain medications and/or bed rest, electric nerve blocks in combination with other procedures may be the next alternative.
